Representation Summary:

Object to site south of Harbury Lane.
Houses to south of river would use bridges which act as pinch points. Already tail-backs at peak times since Warwick Gates developed. More traffic will result in gridlock. Traffic survey needed.
Full infrastructure survey needed.
Emergency services need to assess time it would take to attend emergency if houses were built.
Severn Trent Water must be consulted regarding costing and ability to supply water and sewerage service to each option.
Heathcote Park will be 'wrapped around' by the proposed development. Concerned at effect on Park's quiet and peaceful life. Park was moved to allow Science and Technology Park to be developed. Residents still recovering will now have to face this. Loss of value to park homes.
Any new housing required should not be put together in one place. What is difference between this and previous option 7 to locate new development in the rural area which was dismissed prior to options consultation?
In original survey only 6% of respondents supported high density development.
Of 15 directions of growth for public discussion, 3 options chosen from least popular 6.
Support strong reps. put forward by residents association of Bishops Tachbrook, Whitnash and Heathcote Park Association.
