The only problem I can see with this approach, in relation to Kenilworth and Waitrose is that now we have a town centre with 3 and a half supermarkets within a square half mile. Whilst you are trying to attract the huge names to the town, spare a thought for the locals, who because of this can no longer afford to pay the rent! and are basically forced out of business. Do we really need SAINSBURYS, WAITROSE AND SOMERFIELD within a stones throw of each other
