If you wish to see vibrant shopping in the centre of Warwick, you need to limit expansion of Tesco and similar developments which draw `away customers.

Warwick should be seen as having a culinary role with upmarket restaurants as one of it's major draws for tourists and as a regional centre within WDC. Therefore noisy pubs and night clubs should be limited or banned.
