Proposal to build homes between Tachbrook and Leamington is a kick in the teeth for residents. It will increase light pollution making stars less visible. I chose to live in a village not a light polluted urban jungle. Once the green belt is lost it will be lost forever. Proposal will increase antisocial behaviour as young people will move ever closer to the village.
Brownfield sites should be used or smaller areas of land to the north and east of Leamington.
If this development goes ahead it will be difficult to sell properties and house prices will go down.
