Planning consent granted and implemented on site for 65 touring caravan pitches and associated facilities. When completed, will represent multimillion pound development. Asset to tourism tade for Warwick and Leamington Spa as well as surrounding towns. Valuable employment site and anticipated up to 15 jobs created during peak summer months when site in full operation in 2015.
Owners passionate about bring facility to District., so would not consider selling for G & T site.
Prime location on one of main routes into Warwick - unsuitable for your proposal.
Number of sites put forward, some promoted by landowners. Not the case for this site.
No main sewage or fire hydrant to land.
Reiterated that clients not prepared to consider selling.
