No. The designations proposed of "areas of restraint" should specifically allow for leisure uses, which are acceptable within the open countryside and the greenbelt. Such uses to include water based activities such as boating and fishing opportunities, which would fall outside the designated permitted development rights of BW.

Destruction of woodland and spinneys within Thickthorn proposal would be detrimental to the approach to Kenilworth and would destroy natural habitat for wildlife. Hope that the existing tree preservation orders on mature trees will be enforced and not removed without reference.
