Who will pay for extra sewage pipe for proposed new housing and necessary extra water pipes and power lines to be laid.
Why was traffic survey carried out during school holidays? Will another be carried out? How is already congested traffic situation going to improve especially when there are pinch points at bridges?
When will studies be carried out on access, schooling, utilities, sewage, policing, employment, medical provision, impact on hospital, community activities etc. Any guarantee a new school will be built?
How can planners and developers be trusted when promises reneged on at Warwick Gates and Chase Meadow? There are still 700 houses to be built at Chase Meadow.
Why more houses not allocated to villages?
Why all housing in Warwick, not around Leamington or Kenilworth or along A46 corridor where access to Coventry infrastructure and employment.
Why has Cave Report been ignored in respect of house numbers?
Why no challenge to projected growth rate of 40,000? Why has this been accepted? Have the figures been examined and assessed?
Will further consultation be allowed following 6 month deferment requested?
Why, when Kenilworth to have new station, no traffic and none of the problems of Warwick has and can support infrastructure does it not have some of the housing developement?
Why have discussions taken place with developers before people?
Why planning to build on flood plain? Householders won't be able to get insurance. Legally, flood alleviation schemes do not have to be implemented until end of scheme - could take years. Will it be condition of any development that flood alleviation measures be put in place prior to development?
Why was employment at Warwick University stated knowing that major redundancy programme starting?

Area could not cope with extra traffic. Queues to St Martins Road roundabout in conflict with A45 Green Lane traffic now - can only get worse. Traffic queuing further back would may encroach on school traffic adding safety risks. New roads may shift traffic onto Green Lane as a rat run if people try to take shorter route. Road only takes one lane of traffic now due to parking - significant hazard especially to children with cars mounting pavement to get past. Will Green Lane be widened if development takes place?
Increase in number of people will put significant pressure on local services; schools, shops, GP surgery, dental surgery and public transport.
Why need for large amount of dwellings? Lack of demonstrable requirement. We are in a downturn. No prospect of jobs returning to Coventry.

Schools and transport will have to be considered. Demand increased by more houses. Level of traffic along Stoneleigh Road, A45 and A46 at peak times is immense - further traffic add to chaos. Cannot see how introduction of roads into new development will ease situation, as will ultimately flow into existing.

Schools, doctors and lack of employment and possibly fire cover so how will extra numbers be catered for?
Presumably extra people will mean extra cars. Trees will have to be felled at some stage of the development. Traffic problems along Birches/Glasshouse Lanes. At certain times of day, people will use them as short cuts to Coventry, Leamington and Warwick. At certain times of day, Kenilworth to Leamington Road is at a standstill outside Kenilworth.

Has provision within Kenilworth area to accommodate education needs of additional children been properly considered? Has thought been given to impact of increased congestion resulting from additional children being transported to school?

Object to 8100 new houses in Warwick District:
Already suffered adversely from significant housing developments in recent years, exerting pressure on services and infrastructure.
No plan for infrastructure in terms of drainage, sewage, roads, public transport, schools, hospitals, maintaining towns individual identities and preservation of wildlife. No new schools built, hence overpopulated existing schools. Hospitals do not have capacity to serve increased population.
Roads already over congested and often impassable at key times. No capacity for extra cars on road network.
More housing developments would increase risk of flooding. At present run-off is slowed by pasture and crops in fields.

Schools and transport have to be considered. Three local schools, one taking children from out of catchment as is a faith school. Need to provide further educational facilities. Will add to traffic problems especially at peak times. Traffic already bad along Stoneleigh Road, A45 and A46. Additional traffic would result in chaos. New roads in the development won't ease situation and ultimately will flow onto existing roads and spill onto Green Lane itself.

School places are difficult to obtain and there are few vacant seats available for purchase on secondary schools bus service.

Any current plans or guidelines to compensate homeowners for loss of value of home which, when purchased, was in rural setting, but may become part of extended suburb?

Congested roads - dramatic impact with addition of 1250 new homes.
Flood risk - during moderate rain, run-off from farmland can be considerable and seen from cycle path. New development and hard standing will increase flooding as shown by nearby new builds being flooded during recent heavy rain.

Would cause considerable disruption to strained services. Congestion on local roads. Proposed development would sustantially increase demand on one of busiest routes into and out of area. Dread to think what effect additional traffic will have. Resulting growth in regions carbon footprint.
Development of this magnitude will increase demand on schools and services. Schools already oversubscribed. School at Warwick Gates didn't materialise. Local doctors, dentists and hospitals are overstretched - how much more can they take?

Would bring further traffic congestion into congested area - Stoneleigh Road and Green Lane. Green Lane not wide and cars and buses struggle to get past schools and shops due to parking. Also used as short cut from Festival Island to Kenilworth Road traffic lights on A45 to avoid queues on Kenpas Highway.
Schools on Green Lane won't be able to cope with more children.
