Representation Summary:

We are lucky to have a very biodiverse habitat and it must be protected. Developers must be forced to work in harmony with our environment. Hedgerows by the park recently removed by rm contractors for no good reason and in nesting season!! We have a good population of swifts, swallows and housemartins around the village. New developments should include swift brinks and housemartin cups etc. I note Radford is also in an area identified by a UK project called B Lines, this aims to link areas of the uk with native species of flowers etc to support bees and butterflies.

I am supportive of the plan. The key areas of interest/concern are the need to maintain a village identity.the area of separation from other Leamington conurbations is therefore essential. We fully support the need for safe footpath access to the canal and greenway. Radford has increased significantly in size in the last couple of years due to major building developments, these should now be stopped, as local services and transport links are insufficient to support the volume of new homes.
