Leek Wootton Neighbourhood Plan
Representation ID: 70822
Received: 11/10/2017
Respondent: Place Partnership Limited (PPL)
Agent: GVA
Legally compliant? Not specified
Place Partnership Ltd has objected on the following grounds:
-The NDP is not in general conformity with the strategic policies of the development plan
-The NDP relies on an out of date evidence base (LW5)
-There are statements in the NDP that are misleading, particularly in relation to the management of "The Lunch".
-There is no technical evidence to support the identified requirements for Local Highway improvements and developer contributions (Policies LW11 and LW12).
- The NDP compartmentalises development into separate discrete land parcels based on earlier, now abandoned, site allocations from the then emerging Local Plan which does not accord with the policies in the new Warwick District Local Plan 2011-2029.

Leek Wootton Neighbourhood Plan

Respondent: Warwickshire County Council [Archaeological Information and Advice]
Road Safety Matters: Should the Neighbourhood Plan proposal require any changes to the highway i.e. speed limits, traffic calming measures they will need to meet the relevant criteria and any required consultation. In addition, funding to achieve these should be provided by the proposed development.
Public Health Matters: It is considered that our Neighbourhood Development Planning for Health Document should be used as a guide to promote healthy, active communities through the Neighbourhood planning process.
Flood Risk Matters: We suggest that consideration of SUDS should be considered when applications for both minor and major sites are put forward.
