The selection of Hatton Park as a development site and its subsequent designation has never been justified to residents. The ONS projections have reduced the housing need significantly by 29%. There are no plans to improve infrastructure, roads, schools etc to cope with increased demand. There are no exceptional circumstances that justify the use of green belt agricultural land.
