There are no plans to improve infrastructure, roads, schools etc to cope with increased demand. There are no exceptional circumstances that justify the use of green belt agricultural land. Some of the sites are insufficiently tested and their allocation is inappropriate. The distribution between the growth villages is inappropriate when looking at wider district needs. Land at Hatton Green (subject of previous representations) should be allocated either in place of or in addition to H28.
