This is a ribbon development on a main road. It is too remote from the village centre and amenities.
It is unsafe due to need to cross the A road to reach anywhere else in the village. Footpath cannot be extended beyond Lewis Rd due to narrowing. It would need a controlled pedestrian crossing to make it safe to walk anywhere. On the top of a hill so poor position for visibility from all directions.
It seems this is the easy option because it neighbours on the fewest existing properties.
A ribbon development spoils the village character.

I object because:
1. Ribbon development
2. Too remote from village amenities.
3. Unsafe crossing the A road
4. No footpath possible to existing controlled crossing.
5. Access onto a busy main road
6. Spoils the village character
