I presume N. Leamington has been included in error ref. Public Examination 13th October
Parking is already perfectly sufficient in Leamington, no one wants or will use Park and Drive. Have you conducted a survey? If not and "It ain't broke don't try and fix it"
Shops are already closing, do not make it worse by reducing parking and making it more expensive centrally
