1. This proposal makes no sense. The A452 is already congested and the park and ride proposal makes no provision for a dedicated lane. There is no room for a lane and no money for it. So no-one will use the park an ride.
2. It's in the wrong place. If anywhere it should be further north.
3. WDC say that to make P&R work it will need to reduce available parking in Leamington and increase charges mean while new multi storey car park is proposed. The park and ride proposal and other policies are incoherent and not joined up.
