Leamington does not need a Park & Ride Scheme; there is adequate, easily accessible parking available.
In addition, the Scheme, as proposed is not viable. No dedicated buses are proposed. Users will simply join the already congested A452, thus increasing travel times (not reducing them as with other properly designed Schemes, eg Coventry, Stratford).
