North Leamington Park and Ride.
The A452 is often congested to and from the A46. The proposed sites bring the traffic too far down the A452 (single carriageway) and thus will not reduce the congestion. Most town Park and Ride systems are proximate to the relevant ring road or bypass (A46 in this case).
Also it would bring the urban boundary of Leamington north, losing green fields, and opening the prospect of further, future, northern development.
