Nothing about this proposal appears to make any sense (parking is being increased in Leamington, there is no proposed improvement to the bus service, there will not be any dedicated bus lanes, the proposed location of the car park is not the most appropriate one). I would much rather see investment made to the Leamington to Kenilworth cycle route which would reduce traffic, reduce pollution and improve health.
