Representation Summary:

Severn Trent unwilling to allow access over their land. Access therefore would be along current narrow farm track which is inadequate. Guidance states that two vehicles should be able to pass and emergency vehicles have easy access.
Accessing the site next to a Grade 2 Listed Building (Longbridge Manor) is on dangerous bend with poor visibility.
SA identified air, water and soil quality as of 'significant concern'. Suggested that could be mitigated against but no further details given.
Site close to sewage works and motorway is likely to have significant detrimental effect.
Site is in Flood Zones 2 and 3. Caravans are 'highly vulnerable' in this situation and should not be located in such an area. Mitigation mentioned but fails to establish whether it could eradicate the risk without negative impact elsewhere and whether costs affect viability.
Effect on local economy and Tournament Fields which has undeveloped land. No evidence that the site would not have a negative impact
Drop-in sessions were at inconvenient times. Declining to attend public meeting does little for credibility
