Council could be opening themselves up to future legal action and compensation claims from Travellers housed next to the sewage works
Insufficient details regarding suitable access. Main access is next to Grade 2 Listed Building (Longbridge Manor) which is on dangerous bend in the road with poor visibility and a site of many accidents
SA report identified air, water and soil quality as of significant concern. Suggested that mitigation but little detail given
In flood zones 2 and 3. Caravans are highly vulnerable and should not be permitted. Claimed that this could be mitigated against but no details of work or cost, who will pay and the effect up and down stream.
No mention of the possible effect on the local economy, particularly on Tournament Fields where there is land undeveloped. Detrimental on future demand.
Some objections to this site were given as reasons to dismiss previously considered sites.
Location will not reduce tensions.

of imminent future housing. Has sufficient consultation been carried out with local health managers and schools

Noise issues from M40 and A46
Lack of consultation with local businesses and residents. Two short meetings were held at inconvenient times and no official WDC presence at a public meeting. Speed with which the site has been chosen
