Great idea, proposing to put a permanent Gypsy and Traveller site adjacent to Stratford Road near the Severn Trent sewage works.

I am confident that those travellers will be enthralled living within close proximity to a really smelly location. Here in Foxes Way we complain regularly about the smells.

More to the point. Stratford Road is the "gateway" to our wonderful historic town. A "gateway" for many visitors not only from our shores but also the continent. So what a great introduction to this historic location. I can hear the announcement on the coach speaker system. "And here we are now entering this historic town, the original residence of the Earl of Warwick, known as the "Kingmaker" who fought hard to bring to you a Travellers site which can now be viewed on your right as we enter this once historic and less delightful town".

We, and probably many other Warwick residents, object to these proposals and would suggest you rethink the site proposals.
