It has recently been announced that a new site has been identified off of the Stratford Road in Warwick as a proposed location for a permanent Traveller site.

It is not yet clear where exactly on this site the proposed site is due to be located but I would urge you to oppose this location on behalf of the residents of Chase Meadow.

The local schools, shops and Health facilities are already under increasing pressure due to the continued increase in local housing and unless steps are taken to improve these facilities the quality of service will continue to reduce.

In addition to the effect on local amenities I would ask that you oppose this proposal in order to preserve the continued prosperity of the local area.

The local economy is supported due to the desirability of Warwick as a place to live and raise children. Many residents of the Chase Meadow Community move into the area knowing that house prices are not only stable but rising and that the quality of education as well as the safety of the surrounding area is unrivalled.

The location of a traveller site at such close proximity to Chase meadow will not only effect the desirability of the area which will ultimately have a knock on effect on current and future property values.
