-Studies do not show that the scale of development proposed on the site can be accommodated on the transport network subject to appropriate mitigation measure being brought forward. Studies show that at peak times only and only when the schools are in session will the measures reduce traffic burden to less intolerable levels and result in yet further deterioration of air quality in our towns.
