To promote Jephson Gardens, I feel there should be more for younger people. Planning should set out a large area for toddlers up to older youths as an activity area - Take a look at other parks - one example is Bedford. I feel that Jephson Gardens is becoming less a place where people with young families will go. The play area at Mill Gardens is too small and only for the very young.
