Access to local schools/surgeries not convenient.
Lies at junction of A425 and Fosse Way. No footpaths on either road. Leaving the site would be dangerous expecially for children.
Could not be intregrated into landscape. Harm to character of area.
Close to historic woodland and natural ponds.
WEC and lcoal economy would be irreparably harmed. WEC would cease trading.
