Junction is already dangerous due to poor visibility and traffic speed. Tall grass and crash barriers impair view.
Doubts that local facilities such as schools and doctors could cope.
Would need good bus routes and links to Leamington with a wider choice of facilities and emplyment opportunities. Some sides have better access being on A roads with frequent bus services and flat land giving better site access.
