Unused industrial estates and brownfield land should be used.
Althorpe Street industrial estate would be suitable with vacant units. Could prevent further damage to other vacant units. Would reduce visual impact or damage to local character, with facilities and services nearby.
Stratford Road site promoted by Residents Association also suitable and more sustainable than any sites in the plan.
