Representation Summary:
Question whether there is the need for so many houses to be built. Are there local properties in the area that need refurbishing or rebuilding? This will encourage people to move into the area which then leaves empty properties from where they have moved.
Houses mean more people - more employment needed, more schools, surgeries, facilties etc. Has anyone researched the financial implications of this project?
Building more houses would have a huge disruptive impact on the already congested roads.
