Supports the development of 70 to 90 houses at Hatton but considers that development should not just be directed to Hatton Park but also include sites at Hatton Green to meet this requirement. The 1.05ha site at Hatton Green is located between two existing properties in the heart of the village. Access could be taken off the green and development integrated without visual impact.
The larger 8ha site off Hockley Lane has good access to the Birmingham Road, facilities and bus stop. 90 dwellings could easily be located on the site.
