Located on banks of Tach Brook with risk of contamination.
School in Bishops Tachbrook is small school at capacity and could not support needs of the site. Other schools are not full and could support the need.
Sites around BT are too remote and village and facilities not big enough to support increase in population, infrastructure and facilities.
Larger number of smaller sites needed to distribute across district.
