Further to the recent publication of potential sites by The Council to accommodate the needs of the Travellers Community, I understand that the Kites Nest Lane site,Beausale was included. It has been explained that the site was put forward by the apellants and to dim the chance of legal challenge re discrimination, etc., it was prudent for The Council to include it in its list.

it is disappointing that its suitability was subject to a pending planning appeal by the owners was not included. It is anticipated that such a footnote would have left the appellants without sound recourse into the realms of unfair discrimination or whatever other course they may have considered.
