Representation Summary:
The Bishops Tachbrook housing needs survey indicated that 14 houses were required for the village, not 100-150 as proposed. The RDS proposals therefore lack research and integrity. The proposals would diminish village life and together with other developments would envelop the village in urban sprawl, damaging its character. and putting an unreasonable strain on infrastructure (roads, schools, amenities etc).
