The proposals to build 100-150 houses in Bishops Tachjbrook are excessive. The local housing needs survey showed a need for 14 houses. A mixed development of 25-30 houses could deliver 100 affordable houses.
Why are villages closets to the towns consider Primary Services Villages? This could result in the villages being subsumed in the future.
The villages school and doctors could not cope with this level of new housing.
