Detrimental effect on local businesses and WEC in particular.
Fosse Way is dangerous road.
Bus stop is dangerous to access as there is no footpath.
Visual impact as site is in valley overlooked on all sides.
Sites not visually attractive.
Highways and safety grounds - dangerous road, hazardous for walking and cycling.
Local economy would suffer if WEC had to close.
Health care/sugeries locally are full and nearest then would be 3 miles.
