Representation Summary:
Will cause the closure of the Warwickshire Exhibition Centre, resulting in job losses and affecting local businesses (B&Bs etc). The local school is already almost full to capacity, access to the school would be difficult as there is no public footpath and there is only one bus stop. The nearest GP surgery at Sydenham is already at capacity due to the recent influx in patients redirecting from Clarendon Avenue. Site will be visible from all approaches.
