Any kind of housing on this site adjacent to the Warwickshire Exhibition Centre would be totally inappropriate as it would ruin beautiful countryside destroying wildlife and result in a loss of employment within the exhibition centre and associated businesses as existing customers are likely to take their business elsewhere. Doctors, schools, nurseries and hospitals are already close to capacity for the existing community, how will more families be accomodated?
