On two major high speed roads.
Site is historic and archaeology area and valuable arable land needed for food production.
Would occupy area too large to integrate being highly visible.
Local residents would be outnumbered.
No mains services and pressure on infrastructure. Extensive work needed to ensure air/water quality.
Working from site would make more unsightly and harmful.
Urbanisation.
Effect on woodland, protected species and habitats. Important historic highway.
