-Concern over road safety on Fosse Way, due to traffic flow
-Adverse visual impact on the rural landscape
-Negative impact on local business (Warwickshire Exhibition Centre), causing damage to local economy
Area alsready suffered from Ufton tip and impending HS2.
Rural crime already a problem and would increase.
