Representation Summary:
The local infrastructure could not cope with further development in this locality. Thre are exisitng problems with the volumes of traffic and heavy lorries in particular. The children's play area would be made unsafe by additional traffic. There is currently only one small shop and the schools and Doctors surgeries are full to capacity already. Further development should not take place at Hatton Park.
