Representation Summary:
Concern with frequent movements of GT homes on some of the sites near Bishops Tachbrook. Increased hazards on B4100 which is already busy with lorries accessing M40 in particular.
School is already full. Extra Special Needs Teachers required?
GP surgery full.
Already 10% drop in local property prices.
House and car insurance premiums will incresae. Crime and theft increases when travellers camped in the area.
District council should lease or rent land rather than sell and retain control.
Loss of village and countryside to housing.
