Representation Summary:
District council should not relinquish any land for this use. Bad experience of previous and existing sites elsewhere.
Threat to village way of life.
Encroachment into countryside.
Will planning law be relaxed similarly for other land owners?
Would cause havoc on Banbury Road at its junction with Mallory Road -dangerous road with many accidents. Would worsen with larger vehicles trying to negotiate access.
