-Poor access to local GP surgeries and schools, plus an issue with capacity
-Concerns over road safety on Fosse Way, as no established bus stop or footpaths to Radford Semele
-No existing utilities on site, such as gas, sewage or drainage
-Adverse visual impact on the rural landscape
-Negative impact on local business (Warwickshire Exhibition Centre), causing damage to local economy and loss of jobs.
Number of travellers will overwhelm local community.
