Objects for the following reasons:
-Lack of access to local amenities such as GP surgery and school
-Concerns over road safety on Fosse Way, due to site access
-Negative impact on local business (Warwickshire Exhibition Centre), causing damage to local economy. Does not benefit the local community.
Cannot be integrated into landscape and is visible as it is sited in valley approached down hills in all directions.
There are other sites that create nothing for the local community.
