-Concerns over road safety on Fosse Way, as no existing footpaths and site access required on a busy road
-No direct access to a GP surgery or school by public transport
-Negative impact on local business (Warwickshire Exhibition Centre), causing damage to local economy
Will not be integrated into landscape as it is in valley and open to approaches from three sides.
