Representation Summary:
Site is prone to flooding and any run off from the site could pollute local water courses.
Mains water pressure is very low, especially at peak times.
Will have adverse impact on historic village of, and historic buildings in, Bishops Tachbrook.
Site will be prominent when travelling into Warwick and cannot be integrated into the landscape.
Local school is over subscribed and the site will put pressure on other local facilities.
