Concerned about impact on Exhibition Centre and knock on effect on local economy and jobs.
Concerned about impact on local agricultural/horticultural companies thriving in the area.
Will have a wide visual impact as site is in a valley.
Will disturb wildlife and woodland around the site.
Capacity of local schools and GP surgeries are limited.
Further traffic would make busy adjacent roads worse.
Area is on Archaeological Register.
A brownfield site or former RAF base would be preferable.
