Not a safe location. Fosse Way notorious black spot for high speed traffic collisions. Increased danger with caravan entrance.
Site only has rural electricity line which would need upgrading. There is no mains drainage.
School is near capacity and future houses are in plan which would fill it.
No local doctor.
Impact on WEC and loss of employment. Visitors also give boost to Leamington and other businesses.
Major impact on local economy.
