This site does not offer convenient access to a GP surgery, school or public transport. There are no utilities within the area. I understand that this site is situated on a former landfill site which though closed may still have the potential to release landfill gases and, therefore, is unsuitable for any for any form of development or occupation. this is a greenfield site and removed from any settlement and would not be successfully integrated into the landscape without harming the character of the area and its value as a backdrop to the historic Warwick Castle Park
