An inadequate assessment of development viability
The site together with GT06 lies on the main road into Warwick and Warwick castle, where any development would not be integrated without harming the character of the area. Any development would have an adverse impact on the entrance to historic warwick and the tourism that the castle and other historic attributes bring and contribute to the local economy.
