There is no convenient access to GP, residents of Barford currently have to venture to neighbouring villages an towns for GP access. Already oversubscribed local schools. Public transport access would be via busy bypass road. the area is prone to flooding as shown on EA flood map , there are no plans as to how site would be maintained within any allowable area to avoid flooding .
