Site access would be via busy bypass on which there have already been accidents, including a fatal accident at Barford junction . Utilities are already over burdened for Barford village due a dated drainage system . This is a greenfield site incorporating the Warwickshire avon, where deer, bats and other wildlife are present , most local planning applications requiring bat surveys. The development would be out of keeping with any surrounding scenery and have negative impact on views across fields from Barford to Fulbrook and Sherbourne. This development would place increased pressure on infrastructure and services
