No current provision of mains drainage infrastructure to site. Due to flooding issues and high water table it would not be sustainable to install non mains sewage options such a septic tank or STP. Any use of non mains drainage options could lead to point source pollution as the site historically floods.
The criteria" reflects the extent to which traditional Lifestyles can contribute" is not clear what industrial/ or commercial activity would be developed on this land to support this criteria. The criteria is ambiguous and fails to objectively address what employment use/ traditional lifelstyle the land would be utilised for.
